The 45° position is ideal for practicing ball control above hip level. The goalkeeper can practice throwing and catching technique, punches, parries and side movements while the players practice headers, throw-ins, controlling play, turns and finishes.
Global Goal can be used to improve jumping technique, take-off, timing and balance, and you can practice on your own, in pairs or in teams with several players.
In this position, the bottom net with the trampoline effect is used to train ball control and, not least, quick reactions.
